What is the returns procedure?

For reasons of hygiene, please understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered eligible only if the conditions and instructions of the after-sales service are respected. In all cases, please contact customer service by e-mail.

You have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days and request a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Terms and conditions:

1. THE HYGIENE LABEL MUST NOT BE TORN OR DETACHED.

The package containing the extensions must be intact. The hair must be in its original condition. It must not have been unwrapped, brushed or even worn. Necklace must be in place.
2. Hair must be odorless. The presence of perfume, care products or shampoo will render the product ineligible for return and/or exchange.
3. The return must be made in China after validation of the return conditions with technical support. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Any loss of the parcel before its arrival in our warehouses will be charged to you.

On receipt of the return, the refund will be made within 20 working days by the accounts department.
- In the case of payment by credit card, the refund will be credited to the account linked to the card.
- For payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the original Paypal account.

Please note: Any product returned in poor condition, used or without its original packaging will not be reimbursed. The product must be received by us in new condition.
